Memorandum of Understanding between State University of Library Studies and Information Technologies and MGUP –Moscow Pedagogical Governmental University and SPLU – Sankt Petersburg Pedagogical Library. The parties agree to co-operate in the field of Library Studies, Education, Information and Communication Technologies, Cultural Heritage, Research and Development; Digital Archives; Electronic Education; Innovation and Entrepreneurship; Social Studies; Economics; and all other fields of common interest. Special attention will be paid on the international cooperation under the programs and initiatives of UNESCO, European Commission, World Bank, and other international organizations.
